Reflection

Reflection

I learned a lot and enjoyed learning about animation this semester. The most important thing I learned about was the principles of animation. With these seven principles, I can continue to improve my animations and my drawings. I also learned some tricks to animation like anticipation. These are things that I have noticed but, never knew what they were called and how to really use them. These are all things I learned in the classroom, however; another big part of what I learned this semester came from outside the classroom. My fellow animators and upperclassman helped me a great deal and showed me a bunch of things to help me further my knowledge. Whether it was showing me how a new computer program worked like after effects or showing me tricks for in-betweens, they have been a big help. I can’t thank them enough. I hope they will continue to help me as long as they’re here. For now, I will continue to take what I've learned from my professor and fellow students and continue to work on my animations through the summer. I’ll continue to improve my drawings and learn as much as I can to prepare for next semester.
